2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, you agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information, resources, and approvals necessary for the completion of services.
Respond promptly to communication regarding your project.
Acknowledge that delays in providing required materials may result in project delays.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon terms in your project contract or invoice.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required to initiate work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Revisions & Approvals

You are entitled to a set number of revisions, as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur extra charges.
Once you approve a deliverable, further changes will be considered new work and billed accordingly.

5. Service-Specific Terms

Marketing Consultancy

Recommendations and strategies provided during consultancy sessions are for your guidance and implementation. Alpha Horizons is not responsible for outcomes resulting from client-side execution.

Graphics Design

Design files (e.g., logos, marketing materials) will be delivered in the agreed format.
Ownership of final designs is transferred to the client upon full payment.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing

Campaign success depends on multiple factors, including client input, budget, and platform algorithms. Alpha Horizons cannot guarantee specific results but will optimize efforts for the best possible outcomes.

Web Design & Development

Websites are tested for compatibility with major browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Alpha Horizons is not responsible for compatibility issues arising from outdated browsers or client-side systems.
Website hosting and domain fees are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise specified in the contract.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

SEO results are subject to search engine algorithms and external factors beyond our control.
Alpha Horizons will provide monthly progress reports as part of the agreed services.

6. Confidentiality

Alpha Horizons respects your confidentiality. Any sensitive information you share will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment, except for pre-existing tools or intellectual property owned by Alpha Horizons.
Alpha Horizons retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our Refund Policy.
Alpha Horizons reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance with these terms or unpaid invoices.

9. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Horizons is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., third-party outages or force majeure).

10. Governing Law
