    • Refunds may be considered if:
      • The initial agreed-upon deliverables are not provided.
      • The consultancy session is canceled by us, and no rescheduling is offered.
  2. Graphics Design
    • Refunds may be granted for:
      • Failure to deliver the initial design concepts within the agreed timeline.
      • The discrepancy between agreed-upon specifications and delivered designs.
    • Partial refunds may be issued if revisions have been provided but the client cancels.
  3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing
    • Refunds are not available for services already executed (e.g., paid ad campaigns, scheduled posts, or published content).
    • Refunds may be considered if the campaign setup does not align with the agreed scope of work.
  4. Web Design & Development
    • Full refunds are available only if work has not commenced.
    • Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete work, based on the proportion of deliverables completed.
    • Refunds are not available for delays caused by the client (e.g., late provision of required content or feedback).
  5. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
    • SEO services are long-term and result-oriented; therefore, refunds are unavailable for outcomes that take time to materialize.
    • Refunds may be considered if agreed-upon services, such as monthly reports or optimization tasks, are not delivered.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services already completed and approved by the client.
  • Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations not outlined in the contract.
  • Issues arising from client-side delays or lack of required resources.
  • Third-party expenses (e.g., advertising costs, and hosting fees) are non-refundable.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Submit your refund request within 7 days of service delivery.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order or invoice number
    • Reason for requesting a refund
    • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Refund Approval & Timeline

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of submission.
