This policy applies to all digital services and products, including eBooks, Newsletter, AI automation, UI/UX, Web development, Social Media Marketing, and Graphics Design purchased from www.alphahorizonsllc.com.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Applicable Services)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the following:
- Standard Digital Products: Unused, non-personalized eBooks, templates, courses, and pre-built digital assets.
- Initial Payment for Services: The initial payment for services (Web Development, AI Automation, Design) is refundable only if the work has not yet begun or the project scope is materially breached (see Section 3).
The 30-day period begins on the date of the transaction.
2. Non-Refundable Items & Services
Due to the investment of time, resources, and irrevocable access, the following items and services are NOT eligible for a refund:

| Completed Digital Products | Any standard digital product (eBook, template) that has been downloaded, accessed, or used. |
| Third-Party Costs | Any expenses already paid to external parties, such as software licenses, domain registrations, hosting fees, stock media purchases, or advertising spend. |
| Project Renewals | Renewal fees for any maintenance plan, subscription, or recurring service. |
| Consultation Fees | All fees paid for advisory or consultation sessions once the session has taken place. |
| Abuse of Refund Policy | Products or services that were suspended, canceled, or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund. |
3. Eligibility for Refund (Specific Conditions)
For an approved refund, your request must be made within the 30-day window and meet one of the following criteria:
- Non-Delivery of Standard Product: The download link for a standard digital product is permanently broken, and we are unable to provide a working file within 3 business days of notification.
- Service Failure (Before Start): For custom projects, the project has not begun within 10 business days of the agreed-upon start date, and no work has been delivered.
- Material Breach of Scope: The delivered custom service fundamentally fails to meet the specific, agreed-upon requirements outlined in the signed project agreement/contract, and we are unable to resolve the failure through reasonable revisions.
Please Note: Disagreement over subjective design elements (e.g., color choice, aesthetic preference) that were not specifically guaranteed in the scope of work is not a valid reason for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, you must contact our support team:

- In the Body: Provide the date of purchase, the service/product name, and a detailed explanation of why your purchase qualifies under the terms of Section 3.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions or confirmation of next steps. Please note, we do not require any item to be physically returned to the address (30 N Gould St Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801, United States) as our products are digital.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- The associated access to the digital product or service files will be permanently revoked.
- The refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
